I have always cherished my deep connection with animals. My journey to becoming a professional grooming began while attending college for Animal Science. While studying full time I needed a part time job which happened to be as a bather, and eventually my manager hand selected me to commence grooming training. After earning a bachelor's degree, I understood then that I enjoyed grooming more than Animal Science, due to seeing the customer happy with their pets being groomed in fun colors and bows. After months of extensive training and preparation, I earned my Pet Groomer Safety Certification and my debut as an independent groomer began. I worked for Petsmart for a while until moving to a private owned salon and took some one on one classes to further my grooming education to learn AKC standard grooms. In 2022, I launched Love the Fluff Grooming. upon receiving the opportunity to extend forward my vast knowledge and in-depth understanding of the pet grooming experience, ready to continue to impact and inspire.
